I my bank account has been debited by direct debit but I do not have any contract with sky

My bank account has been debited by direct debit however I do not have any services or accounts with Sky tv or broadband.

I have cancelled the direct debit and would like a refund of the ammount debited

Do you mean you've never had any Sky services? Or have you cancelled your Sky services?
