I'm struggling to set up payment holiday for the sun cards I have

I'm struggling to set up payment holiday for the sun cards I have. Need to suspend the payments for a couple of months.

I presume you mean SIM cards.  If so, you can't.   If you are within your minimum contract then you have to pay.  If you are outside this period then you can give notice to cancel - but will lose the numbers.

 

Payment holidays only apply to items on credit.  https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-payment-holiday

A payment holiday can only be applied against a device or accessory, it can't be applied against a sim card as you can read about here:
