I keep getting other customers notifications.

Sky keep sending me notifications to my (not Sky) mobile number for someone elses account. I can not block the sender as I receive notifications for my own account from the same sender address at Sky.

Sky prevoiusly revealed the other persons mobile number to me in a message; I tried to message the other customer but received no reply. I have deleted the information.

Sky have now revealed the other customers full name and postal address to me in a further message.

Sky refuse to speak to me; insisting that they will only speak with the other customer; and even then its a battle to get them to stay on the line when they call my number and ask for her!

This has been going on for nearly 3 years.

Any ideas?

If that was me I would just delete the notifications on you phone and let things lie. If Sky can't or won't upadate there record that there sending these messages to wrong phone number, you have done all you can to correct matters. It not up to you to pass there messages on. It Sky problem that  the correct person doesn't get the message and Sky don't get any reply from them
