I keep getting emails about switching to a different provider but I'm not how do I communicate with a human being to get this sorted ?

Emails from who exactly and switching what exactly? Do they state who you're "switching to"?

If this is for Sky Broadband and Sky Talk this pops up from time to time. Usually someone has submitted a request for service with another provider and have provided an incorrect house number or postcode.

You will need to call Sky to stop the cancellation. Dialling 150 free from your Sky Talk landline is the quickest way.

Hi @Terry13-3   Your only option is to contact the number provided in the email message. Unfortunately Ofcom requires you to reject the transfer, it is your responsibility to do this under the their switching rules. If the email is from Airband (your current ISP), you must contact them (not Sky).

No im with sky and Airband are saying im joining them I've never heard of them till now

What was the result of the phone call you had with Sky about this ?

They are going to contact Airband to stop and remove me from there list but Airband have already sent out the new router. 😔
