I haven’t received my refer a friend voucher

I referred a friend back in February for sky broadband neither he or I have received our voucher

How long ago was their broadband activated?

Your vouchers should be received via email 45 days after your friend joined Sky and paid their first bill.

If it has been 45 days or more then there is an email address you can use to contact Sky about this that can be found via this FAQ at the bottom of this link:
