I have won VIP tickets to a sporting event however I'm unable to attend and want to return tickets

I have won two VIP tickets to magic weekend in August unfortunately I cannot attend and would like to return tickets how do I return the tickets

You can cancel the tickets via the app itself, as this is what it says in the FAQ bit at the bottom of the ticket page:

 

"14. How do I cancel some or all of my tickets ?"

 

You can do this at any time before the event by clicking on 'My Bookings' and choosing the event and the number of tickets you want to cancel."
