I have not been a Sky customer since September 2023, so STOP billing me.

As I have not been  a Sky customer since September  2023,  yet I've been been billed monthly for a service I do not receive.

This month August  2024, having discovered the direct debit  and cancelled it, I'm pestered by Sky to restart the Direct debit. 

Please stop and reimburse my bank account for  the last 10 months !

Based on that it sounds like you didn't cancel. Did you get an email from Sky confirming the cancellation?

You are only talking to other customers on here.

 

How did you cancel ?

Did you get an email acknowledgement of your request to cancel ?

Have you spoken to Sky about this (you will need to reinstate the direct debit first).

@John1103  What services did you cancel how did you cancel and did you receive email confirmation 

 

also note your not addressing sky directly by posting here as we are customers who help each other
