I have extended my sky contract and received text msg advising that my next bill will have cost

I received text msg as below to my phone from sky
Hi following our previous reminders we’ve applied a charge to your account as we have not received our sky equipment back . For more information go to sky.-com/returns.

 

i also received similar text msg last month from sky and telephoned sky to advise sky that I had renewed my contract for sky tv for 24 months.

 

the agent advised me that it was an error and would be removed the agent also sent me text msg confirming this which I have saved.

sky can you get this sorted as out the country and can't telephone. It is now bordering on insane that departments can't speak to each other.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
