Reduction in bills for loyal customers

Why are all the best deals for new customers only. I'm a loyal customer to Sky yet my broadband bills keeps rising whilst new customers get cheaper deals!

Have you done what others do and that is to call Sky to see if they will offer you a discount if you will agree to a new contract ?

All providers (not just Sky) entice new customers by offering cheap deals. You probably enjoyed a cheap deal yourself when you first signed up.
