Did you get an explanation of this? I've recently transferred away from Sky had confirmed cancellation emails and now they've charged me another month's worth and there's no bill online or anything to explain what it is for. I've sent the hub back as per their instructions but the penalty for not returning it says it would be £50 something so I don't think it's that. I need help please 🙏🏻

See the questions asked above...  without that detail we can't say.  (But generally you have to pay past your cessation date if a bill is generated whilst still a customer, including the month in advance - which is credited in the following bill)

Billing continues during the notice period. Any overpayment will be refunded which can take up to 6 weeks from your last day of activation.

The two dates end of contract and new service start date are the same so there shouldn't be any charges. It's just annoying that the system isn't showing any bill the last one on the account is March which is obviously paid. I guess I'll have to wait and see if we get it back in a few weeks. Thanks

Bill are generated 14 days before the payment due date so you'd still have been a customer. Once your services are switched off and any overpayment is showing as a credit on your Sky account we can help get it refunded within 3-5 working days via the Messaging Team on here. Let us know on this thread if and when you want to do that.

Where do I find my account now I'm no longer a customer? There's nothing on the MySky app. If I click on bills it takes me to a link where it says I can see the last two years bills and as before the last one there is March which is paid

Ah, yes there is a bill there. I didn't see the options at the top. That explains what the charge is, now I just have to wait for them to send it back...

Yes for May it shows the account will be in credit. So we should get the refund next month. A bit annoying we have to wait but good to see it's showing at least.
