Hello
my broadband/tv deal ended the same day the next month payment came out. This has sat as credit on the account with the phrase 'this will be credited towards your next bill'
this is contrary to what 2 online advisers have said - that a final bill will be made 2 weeks after the services cease and that the credit will be refunded via the next dorect debit date. And that its an automated process that can take 3-5 working days to be in the account
final payment 23rd April.
Refund date should have been 23rd May.
5 working days including the may bank hol have passed and nothing recieved
will this be automatically refunded as I've been told or sit there as credit until I actually demand it?
Thanks in Advanced

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@GC2011 Automatic refunds usually take around 6 weeks, however the messaging team here can get that sorted in 3-5 working days, if you want your post escalated to them so they can arrange that let us know.
