I have cancelled my sky broadband but you have still taken my monthly payment

I am no longer a sky broadband customer but you have still taken payment for this month

We haven't @Mrs+Sharon+Furnis This is a customer helps customer based forum. I’m afraid you aren’t addressing Sky Customer Services on here.

 

You are billed up to your last day of connection. As your bills are generated 2 weeks before your payment date this will have clashed with your cancellation. You'll see a credit on your account in the near future.
