Returning items

So I have been told to return my items but haven't received any box to return the items ? Any suggestions

Packaging is usually sent towards the end of your 31 days notice period (in case you change your mind). Or you can use your own packaging, if you wish, as explained here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/return-tv-broadband-t2

I'd just add, keep your proof of posting safe and indefinitely. Unipart deal with returns and they aren't that well organised.
