Taking Payments after the bill is payed

So Basically I payed my bill 3 days late but woke up yesterday to notice that I was charged on the 2nd of March even after I put extra money on my account to pay for May's bill in advance. This is a problem for me since I now have to wait a month to buy important items for my place and also food to get by. This now a 3rd payment they have taken from me in the span of a week.

@ZerinaShield

If you have a continuous payment method set up you should never need to make a manual payment. A credit will now appear on your account for the amount you have overpaid. This will automatically be used to pay your next bill so on that bill date no/less money should be taken from your account. If you want the overpayment refunded to you, you should ring Sky.

I would suggest not making manual payments unless requested to by Sky as automated payments may not be prevented.

Thy will not have taken May's bill until March so I presume you mean this months bill ?

Apart from this when you manually paid it what other bill has been paid this week as you shouldn't be paying this bill like you when you have a payment method setup on your account as it will be taken automatically from this each month.
