I have a second account set up and can’t access it on My Sky?

I have set up a second sky account in my name at a different location and I cannot access it on my sky? It has a different account number but payment details my details are all the same. Why isn't the second account showing up on My sky?

You can't view two accounts at the same time via the app so you would need to logout and then login to one of the accounts at a time.

Thank you. Would I need to set up a different username and password for the second account? If yes how do I do that please?

@Jonesdj3  Follow the instructions on the link below using the second account details , you will need to use a different email address to your other account

I would use a different username and password as it will be easier for you to keep track which account goes with which address.
