I got billed after cancelling

i have cancelled my sky but still sending me bill after 1 months!

why? I have informed them before 1 months and contract also fininshed! why keep sending me....

What was your last day with Sky and on what date each month were you usually billed on ?

How did you cancel?
Did Sky send you an email confirming the cancellation?

It's not unusual to be billed after you've cancelled. That's because Sky continue to generate bills during your notice period for the next month. Obviously they'll refund any charge made after the date your services actually cease. If that happens to you, we can help you arrange a refund.
