I joint sky recently I purchase online it's said I ne of payment direct debit of £43 monthly etc now on my bill saying I have to make two dd payments of £43 and £16 why

As a new customer you will be charged twice within the first months of your services going live, this is correct because you pay from that date and because with Sky we pay in advance.

 

The first two bills are always higher due to the date period they cover (longer than the usual 4 weeks) as you can read about here, halfway down the page here:

It only got connected on the 6 September so just been one week why paying now

If you look on my future payments for both billing it's getting billed every month next month bill is £34.40 + £16 so what is that

You're not talking to Sky here - just other customers.   No one from Sky is going to call you from a post here.

 

We cannot see your bills.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own
