I cannot login to my sky account (online and on the app). I get the message 'Let's find your Account' and I'm asked to enter my postcode but despite entering this correctly, the page doesn't move forward.

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

Okay thank you. i have been on the phone to sky this morning trying to sort the problem and apprently theres no issue on my acc. But hopefully i will get sorted in the meantime thanks. Kdunn
