I cannot change my payment settings

The app and the website do not work. I have tried setting direct debit and card debit, the direct debit does not work as you do not seem to accept foreign IBANs, and debit card fails after approval from my bank, I approve, and then the app fails. I am with N26, the AI assistant is absolutely useless, I have never received SMS back, the Whatsapp link does not recognise that I do indeed have whatsapp, and I am not going to call a paid number to have the privilege of paying my bills. I will not pay my bills manually every months, especially since I am not being given the service I pay for. Is there anything that can be done here?

As you are talking to other customers all we can say it to use a UK based bank or debit/credit card as it might be that those from abroad can not be used, you could always call Sky to confirm with them if it is possible to use these foreign bank or cards.

I don't know, I've exhausted all my options shirt of calling the paid number, which I will not do because I have integrity. I'm not going to pay them for failing me. Are there no employees on there? How to reach an actual human? I'm in Ireland not UK, but I do not have an account in either countries. I have no idea how to actually talk to them, it's only useless AI bots.

Try saying nothing when the bot asks you about the call and say no if it asks you about sending you a text message or to go online.

Problems with N26 (Germany domiciled?) as the paying bank have been reported before. You'll need to speak to Sky to establish whether you can use them. You could try their X feed.or Facebook messenger if you don't want to call.
