How do you negotiate your contract down?

I can only see links to upgrade my current service, I reached end of current contract on Friday, but I would like to reduce my monthly payment. I've been round the website several times and can't find any way to do that or speak to someone other than the virtual assistant- who doesn't understand!

You'll have to call or use one of the other options given above.

There are a few ways to contact Sky about this including using a messaging service as you can see via the Contact Us button under Downgrade here:

Even though the link says cancel you can use it for this. Im not sure what time the chat is open to so you might to try again from tomorrow or failing that call Sky instead.
