I cancelled my Sky tv subscription on 5 April but still waiting for £10 credit refund

I cancelled my Sky tv subscription on 5 April and my account was left £10 in credit. I expected a £10 refund to my bank account but 6 months later still not received.

Have you left your payment method in place like a direct debit if this is how your bills were paid ?

Yes there is a £10 credit on my Sky tv account

Yes, I left the direct debit live to allow the credit back into my bank account

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
