I can’t sign into my sky app as it asks for my postcode and won’t accept my postcode

I can't sign into my sky app as it asks for my postcode and doesn't recognise my postcode so won't let me go any further. I have called sky they have the correct postcode? Any help also have wrong regional news

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.

I cannot get into my sky account or my sky app it's accepting my log in and password however when I'm typing in my correct postcode it's telling me there is an error appreciate there's been similar posts in the past any help appreciated

trying to log into my account but when it comes the entering the postcode it comes up with an error message. i have ensure my postcode is entered correctly can someone please help
