I can't sign into my sky app as it asks for my postcode and doesn't recognise my postcode so won't let me go any further. I have called sky they have the correct postcode? Any help also have wrong regional news

It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.

A private chat was started but there was no response within 48 hours so it has automatically closed.

I cannot get into my sky account or my sky app it's accepting my log in and password however when I'm typing in my correct postcode it's telling me there is an error appreciate there's been similar posts in the past any help appreciated
