I am trying to sign up to Sky Stream, but it says i already have Sky Q. I haven't had Sky Q for 2 years. It won't let me sign up to Sky stream. It keeps taking me to Sky Glass. I have just cancelled my account with Virgin.
I looks like my email.address is still.registered to this account.

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.
If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number. If you are in the ROI on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreBefore calling Sky there might be one thing you can try and that is if you know your old account details then login in here to it and remove the email address:
https://www.sky.com/myaccount/my-details
You will need to enter something else but as it is a closed account it doesn't matter what you enter but it should free up your email address that hopefully you can then use when signing up to Sky Stream.
