I am trying to do something as simple as ask when my current subscription package ends.

What is the best way to find out when my current subscription ends? I know sky don't want to make it easy to consider leaving but surely I'm entitled to be able to navigate to the answer fairly easily?

It ends after you've given notice to leave.

Of course, under your account you can check any subscriptions that have minimum term dates.  (You cannot generally cancel them before this date)

If it's TV then hit 'TV' and your content packs are listed.  If there's a minimum term then it says 'Offer ending DD/MM/YYYY'.

Most helpful thanks. I'm struggling with the ever increasing cost of my current package and wanted to see if I could opt out of some elements. Seems not !

Any items with 'Offer ending...' cannot be removed but the others can if that assists.

Depending on the timing you may be able to negotiate a new 2 year contract.
