MySky App Postcode error

I have just purchased new broadband and TV over the phone. I am trying to log into the MySky App to track my order and delay delivery to align wit hmy move in date, but I can't log into the app. It asks for my postcode and every variation I enter it says an error occured. It happens when I try to log into the website as well.

Try putting your phone's web browser into desktop mode then putting the postcode in
