I am trying to change my sky login/id email address which is the same as my communications address.
I am able to login for a few more days before my current email becomes inactive. I keep getting message "Your email address cannot be updated. Please try again later".
This seems to be an issue that other customers experienced. Please can you help.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreFor the login you would have to call Sky and speak to their ID team as only they can change this for you I believe.
150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.

Thanks for your help. I was eventually able to speak to a human being at Sky! All sorted now.
