I am trying to change my bank details and in Billing and Payments it says page restricted, can anyone help with this? Hayley

You'll probably have to call Sky.

You can change it via the MySky app or online here:

 

https://www.sky.com/bill/tv-broadband-talk/change-payment-method

 

If your next bill is due to be paid in the next 14 days or less then this will not start being taken from your new details until the following bill.
