I am having a broadbound which i am paying but sky cannot find my account

Hello

i amntrying in vain to contact sky.

i have an id created and when i am trying to connet my account they say there is no account found.

i am paying my broadband through my card and i am new to this address so i have no bill coming in yet.

please help

Ofcourse it did.

an engineer came .two days after it was done automatically so he just cleared the lines.

 

so that i make it clear.

i received two texts one following the other

first one said an engineer will come to fix it lets say on the first of the month

the other that followed seconds later said no enginner needed your broadband will be activated by itself

and which it did

Anither equipment cane days later and then the engineer

i am atrying to communicate with sky to return the second gear and connect my account- which is said not to be found

still i am paying for it and obviously i do have and use the briadband

 

please HELP SOMEONE

 

 

i am living in this property since the 18 of May.

i paid my second bill two days ago!

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.

The invite was only sent just over 24 hours ago. It should still be available for another 23+ hours. Sky will not call you.
