I wish to speak to a customer services why is it so difficult ???
All l want is to discuss the letter you sent me today with an agent in billing or accounts pls !!!!

You aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services here. This is predominantly a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to help other customers.
So long as your services aren't restricted … To call Sky dial 150 (free) from either a Sky Talk landline or a Sky mobile. Alternatively use this link…

UK customers: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ leading to a number starting 0333.
ROI customers: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ to see a dedicated ROI number. (Customer Services in the ROI are not open at weekends).
The forum filters don’t allow the posting of full phone numbers on here.
Calls to Sky will initially be automated which may try to send you here to the forum, offer you online help or offer to send you a text. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.
NOTE: I only provide help on the forum boards so Private/Direct Messaging is switched off

I need to talk to a customer service agent i up graded my HBO yesterday and I can't access to any thing as it keeps asking get access.

@JackieG6 Call Sky then, as already stated in this thread you are not contacting customer service here.

If you ring the Sky number. Yes you will get though to a amoutive service. Just answer the questions but don't take any notice what it says. It might also say it will send you a link as a text, again just ignore it. It will then say to you is that is all or words to that effect, say "no" it will then ask you probably if you are the account holder and may be your telephone password on answering these questions you will be passed though.to a human customer services adviser.
