Huge bill

I should be on a contract of approximately £85 per month for Tv and broadband. Last month my payment was late and I had to pay £219. This month my bill is £229. When I look at my products, it's a huge long list that all seems like different versions of the same thing and I cut my subscription down to a minimum of products last year, so where have all these extras come from?

As customers we can't see your bill so if you want feel free to post an image of it but blank out personal details if you do this so things like account numbers must not be shown.

Check the dates in your bill. It sounds like you're being billed for more than one month.

That doesn't show much so can you select the latest bill and post an image of the breakdown of that bill

Something doesn't seem right.  Those bills seem in excess of the full list price.

A detailed breakdown of one of the month's may provide some pointers.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
