How to text customer service

Hi can someone advice how to text customer services please I wish to discuss reducing the cost of my services

@Joolz1967  You need to call to discuss reducing costs.

 

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Recent posts on here indicate that significant discounts are now harder to come by. If you’re offered something acceptable be prepared to agree to it there and then because if you decide to think about it the offer may no longer be available when you call back. Also remember you’re not a new customer so expecting anything close to a new customer deal is unrealistic.

I used the chat service to renegotiate my contract just a few days ago...

 

Possibly easier than calling.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
