Refund for period without wifi

I have just moved house and the earliest appointment to get broadband installed at my new address was two weeks after I was instructed to disconnect the broadband at my old address. Could I please have a refund for the two weeks I was without WiFi?

The standard activation period is two weeks. Was this arranged through a Sky Home Move?
