Taken Money When I Paid

2 months in a row now I've paid my phone bill on the day it's due . I go on the app and do it through make a payment option but both times 2 days later it's came out again. I've tried the live chat and it won't help me. Last month I did email about it but when I've emailed this time they've said it's a live chat issue. Can someone help me on what I can do?:)

@Anonymous  As you've found making a manual payments won't stop an automated payment that you have setup either by card or direct debit.

Simple solution is to not make manual payments.   You've done that twice and twice the same thing has happened.

The T&Cs state you are required to have an automated payment method setup on your account ( credit/debit card or direct debit). Paying manually won't stop the automated collection for that month as the automated collection will be setup when your bill is generated, all a manual payment will do is add credit to your account which will prevent the need for a subsequent bill to be taken the following month.
