How to speak to a real person?

Hello, I have spent days now trying to find a way to speak to a person at Sky and not some automated phone number.

 

I had previously managed to get through a couple weeks ago as a new customer, but nothing I have tried since has worked. I have tried to tell the automated system that I want to speak to an advisor, and also been more specific by stating "instructions for engineer".

 

I am supposed to be getting Sky Broadband installed tomorrow and in my initial call I did not tell the advisor that the property I want this to be done on, is a third-storey flat and so it will need to be a ladder-trained engineer who can bring a ladder.

 

I've recently tried this as though I'm a new customer again and during the automated monologue it stated that all the advisors are in "essential training". This isn't helpful in the slightest.

I haven't received any equipment from you and haven't agreed for any subscription yet I'm receiving a threat of late payment from whoever this is

Not us - we're other Sky customers here.

 

Perhaps you can explain in more detail or call Sky?

What service have you signed up to Sky with, Broadband, TV and when was you activation/installation date ?

I have had my broadband disconnected and have phoned repeatedly to resolve this problem as I need to actually speak with a advisor as I asked for a direct debit to be set and now your going back on your contract of 35 per month deal as hitting my account on different days so now what's going on as I be en overcharged so can someone please call me

No one will / can phone you. Your Community tag name isn't linked to any Sky accounts you have so no one knows who you are.

 

Your post is a bit unclear. Are your services restricted due to you missing a payment?
