How to remove services to lower your bill

Hi I need to reduce my bill but can't find how to anywhere online you only seen able to add services not to remove them I also want to get rid of my Sky Mini box as I don't use it but can't find this either is the only way to remove them to phone up?

To remove part of your TV package you need to give 31 days notice. Be aware if you have 'in contract' discounts you may not be able to remove them. Also make sure cancellation of a certain add-on doesn’t cancel another part of a discount. You may be able to remove it from your MySky account at
https://www.sky.com/mysky/tv/tv-packs
otherwise you can either call Sky or maybe try the messaging service

If you cancel Multiscreen Sky will send packaging for the mini box towards the end of the notice period. Keep your proof of posting indefinitely.

Post 3, immediately above yours still applies. You need to try to cancel your Multiscreen subscription giving the appropriate notice.
