I am being billed for nothing.

Why am I being charged £18.04?

@Roz12 Have you recently ended a Sky service? If so, it may be the final bill amount owed to Sky. Check the My Bills section in the My Sky app. It should show you the reason.

I do not have any subscriptions with sky so why are they charging me £18.04?

Have you previously had a Sky subscription for anything… TV, Broadband/ Talk or a Mobile?

That is my problem. Why are they taking a payment when I have had nothing to do with sky.
