I am in the process of purchasing a second home and would like advice on adding this additional setup to my existing account or would I need to create a new account. I would be wanting a similar package to what I have at present. I would also be looking for super fast broadband.

You would need a new account. Each account is for a single abode.

Can the same email etc be used for an additional account

While it might be possible it could cause login issues if you do so it would be easier for you if you used a different one.
