Hello, I was a Sky broadband customer and moved away. Now I'm back, I have a new account number, but when I log into my Sky account it's still showing my old account number and no details on my new account. When signing up to both the old and new accounts, I used the same email address. How do I link my new account number to my existing login?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIt isn't possible to link old and new accounts so as you have a new account number you will need to set up a new ID to use.
If you want to use the same email address then you need to first remove it from the old account first so log into the old account here:
https://www.sky.com/myaccount/my-details
Then delete the email address by providing another one and logout of this account, this will then free it up to use when setting up your new Sky ID:
