Complaint's
Where do I even start!!!
8 months ago I was offered a deal with sky.
For sky puck and fibre broadband.
I spend my first 40days with no internet nor TV.
Unable to offer fibre in my area.
Ended up turning my old copper line on finally. Having to create a second sky account and paying way more for internet. And then another separate bill for the TV. Months go by getting passed around, nobody can help.
Openreach messing me around, call to do work they cannot do. Nearly every week I would ring sky. Getting hung up on, told it's not my department. Passed on and on. Getting nowhere. Still paying two bills as the months go by.
- Finally at the end of October I got my fibre broadband. And of course no one rang to sort out my old copper line which was pose to be temporary. Then another bill from sky about my new internet. Wanting to charge me for 2 internet's, plus TV. Went I rang they pan me around saying I would have a cancellation charge for the copper line. Finally got that sorted.
Now 8 months on still paying 2 separate bills for internet and TV. Because they can't offer me my original deal. Which I sign up for 5 March 2024.
I have complained numerous times.
Still have complaints open over 200 odd days.
Waiting around on call back, which dont always happen when planned. Ring then trying to get this sorted, to be told my accounts are locked so nobody can deal with my case. Passed around and hung up on all the time.
I sign up for a deal and contract with sky that they could never even offer me. Never mind the customer service, or even the communication over all these months.
So disheartened and frustrated.
