How to find sky account number

Hi no im currently with sky trying to swith provider as contract is past the 12 months so new provider is asking for my sky account number so i cant switch but i cant get it anywhere the app and website allow me to sign in but wont let me view account details or bills it says its "restricted"

If you have had emails or letters from Sky then it will be on them, so for example the one about the annual price rise. If you do not have this anymore then you will have to call Sky to find out what it is.

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.

Thanks for your help yes ive never had emails or letters from sky since sign up but they take the money out of the account every month and I have the service but i cant view my account details anywhere and ive never been contacted. Very strange and yes i got 0 emails about annual price rise so i was shocked last week when i see how much i was being charged without being notified. Ive tried contacting them but its difficult they keep throwing you at bots and sending you links that dont work

As stated above, say nothing when asked anything by the bot as this should get you past them.

Also the number on that page doesnt work it says sorry the number you have dialled is not available. So frustrating just to get an account number so i can switch. Sky is so hard to deal with

Hi @ButterFly25  To save you having to read the thread just sign into your MySky account at www.sky.com and then select Bills & Payments > View bill and your account number is at the top underneath the heading "Streaming TV Bill"
