How long will it take to get a credit refund?

I have cancelled my sky mobile services, and have credit in balance but it has not been refunded into my account. How long is the usual time period for refunds? I have cancelled my services about 2 weeks ago now.

@Sajanth  Refunds can normally take around 6 weeks, however, we can ask the Community Messaging Team to reach out to you to process your refund.

 

Have you left your paymentn method in place?

My payment method for my bills was via direct debit, so I would assume my refund will be made into my card. If not, do I have to give any additional details and where should I do so?

Keep an eye out for an invite or blue chat bubble.

When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.

Be reassured the email & message is from Sky and your details are safe and secure.
If you are using Safari please make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the blue bubble. If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Firefox, Chrome etc.

I would also recommend that if not already on, that you turn email/private message notifications on to avoid missing any alerts
