How long for refund
My account was cancelled and I have a credit balance. How long do I wait for refund?

It can take weeks so if you want we can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you via a private chat message as they should be able to refund this for you ?
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.

Is your payment method still live? If not Sky will need to get a back office team to raise a cheque and post it to you which would delay the process even further.

Yes the contract was in my name but payments came from my Dads account. Dad passed away and account was frozen so they took my account details to make the refund

I’ve escalated your post to Sky and their Messaging Team should contact you later but more likely to be tomorrow now.
Look out for a post on this thread from one of the team inviting you to a private chat and then you should see a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread periodically.
