How i contact uk sky retention team

I want a better deal on my sky cinema i want to cancel because sky india call center keeps messing me around and cant help other than we cant cancel it or give you better deal i am on my 31 days cooling off period so any information how to get in touch with uk retention team to resolve the matter

When I can canceled my Sky cinema last month within hours of contacting Sky by phone and giving 31 day notice I got a email offering  me to stay  at much cheaper price for 2 year contract so I sublet you check you emails

Hi

No i am existing customer new contract to sky q as returning customer still within in my 31 days notice cooling off period  i was given intially £9 for cinema but after few weeks was given for £13 minus £10 discount priced at£3 the offer after another week dropped changed back to £9

So been contacting sky goes to india call center who has not got clue and wont help to cancel either ask them so many time to put call to retention team but say cant transfer 

Anyone know how or have direct number to retention team or how i can log complaint

Like you I am in 31 day notice period for Sky cinema if I go to the Sky web site sky.com and sign in I greeted with page saying " Latest deals"; so you go there and  if you click the button "see all deals you will see your latest deal including  the latest one for Sky cinema  if you want to take that up press the button " upgrade now"  and it would take you though the sequence to set it up. You may have received emails for other offers but they have expire y date on them only the present offer is still available

Can i ask did you speak to uk customer service or the india call center?

 

I just wish mine would be striaght forward give notice to cancel

The india call center just cant deal with simple task probably doing on purpose so my 31 days cooling period expires than say sorry your under contract will have to pay termination fees to cancel

If you originally agreed £9 per month and that's what you're paying going forward, I'm not sure what the issue is?

Yes I did I spoke to some one in India but I was on  on rolling contract so I was able to give 31 day notice for Sky Cinema which ends in a few days time I have other products I package that are on minum.  Though  they tried to put me on another two year contract and charge me £20 offer fee for doing so. When I asked if he changed my contract he lied and said no. Only when the conflation email came though minute later did I realise he had given me a new two year contract I got straight back to them this time I was put though to some one in this country  and under the cooling off period I was put back on my old term. I want to cancel Sky altogether and go over to now tv but I am stuck with sky signature and sports till the end of the year when my minimum term ends. If I was you get back on the phone go though automotive system to speak to a human. Yes you may get though to India again but  make it clear you are in  the  cooling of period and you want to cancel if they argue say you want to be put though to the retention department stand you ground and insist that will evarntuly pass you though. Sorry there is not a lot more we can do on here we just users like you

Its just so frustating the india call center do not put through to retention team i been sky customer for 18 years before the process was simple if customer has issue such as mine call was transfer to retention team not now 

I will ring again and cancel the whole lot give the 31 days notice 

Sky is an absolute disgrace for existing customers

Hope you get yours sorted

I think if you do that  they will put though to the rentenion team because cancelling altogether they  have put though to that department so they can try and talk you out of it.
