How do i speak to sky about my bill? (Restricted services)

I need to speak to someone about my bill not a robot and I can't get through becasue my account has been restricted

You'll need to pay your bill and reset up your direct debit before Sky will talk to you. If they've got it wrong, they will, of course, refund the overpayment.
