How do i cancel Disney Plus

I have logged into sky plus but there is no option to cancel Disney Plus. How do I cancel my subscription. Thanks

For Sky Stream puck or Sky Q - Press Home on your Sky remote, then select My Sky at the bottom of the screen.
You’ll then see a screen with your purchases. Select Your products. You’ll then be asked to enter your Sky TV PIN number.

Then follow the prompts to cancel.

In the Mysky app on a phone or tablet.

Go to the TV section, then My Bill section, there will be a section listed Marketplace, under that click on View subscriptions.

You should be able to cancel it there.

Have you tried both options, so either via Sky Q etc or the MySky app ?

Or you may only be able to do it via www.disneyplus.com - try there.

Yes 8 jave tried bith options, on my sky app the disney plus does not show in subscriptions.

Everyone reading this:

- they don't make easy to cancel ANYTHING

- there's no option on app or website for cancelling Disney+

- ONLY option is to call

This is a travesty and it should be ILLEGAL.

If you are including Disney plus for free why did I pay a one off £39.95 for a streaming box ? I'm confused . Surely I just sign onto the app ?

@Debbie2810_  It doesn't work like that,the free option with sky requires customers to have at least sky signature or ultimate base package on their account first and you need the puck to access the base channels 

you also need to activate Disney through the puck in order to get the free tier
