I have tried by going to a sky operator in store and he said I have to contact sky direct. I f I have signed up for sky I am the account holder so I should automatically be unlocked.

Find out moreIf you are a Sky Mobile customer and you can't get access to a credit card if you have a credit agreement with Sky for a mobile or tablet then give them a call as they should be able to do this for you as only someone over 18 can sign this agreement so they would already know you are old enough to have the adult settings changed.
