I changed my package recently and I can't get netflix anymore which package do I need

Firstly Netflix isn't free, its just the most basic packge is included in your sky cost, so it sounds like its free but it isn't.

Secondly - what Sky TV service and packages are you currently subscribed to?

Sky Stream user. Former Sky+ HD and Sky Broadband customer
