I upgraded to Sky Glass a couple of months ago, shortly after paying my month in advance Sky Q subscription.
I have £102.66 credit sitting on my Sky Q account and I'd like it refunded.
How do I go about getting this back please?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf you have Sky Broadband the money in that account will be used to pay your BB subscription. If you haven't got Sky Broadband then call Sky and they can reimburse you in 3-5 working days (will probably take longer over the Christmas/New Year holiday period).
