I am switching broadband from Sky to BT and BT will reimburse the early termination charges.
I have received an email from Sky with information on the early termination charges, but BT will only accept an actual bill.
I have logged onto MySky but my future bills are showing as normal (i.e. without the termination of broadband) and there is no sign of the early termination charges.
Any ideas how I can get a bill showing the early termination charges which I can send to BT?

Find out moreYou will probably need to give it a week or so for the charges to be added to your account which will only happen once you have left Sky so it has been cancelled. When they are you can login online to your billing account and download it in the pdf format.

I am continuing with Sky TV services, but the turn-off of broadband hasn't happened yet.

Hi, I have also switched to BT, I have paid the termination fee and sent them the PDF on my sky account however they are not satisfied with this. They have requested a termination bill from sky which states the date my sky contract was terminated and the bill amount. I called sky and custkmer service agent stated they cannot provide a manual letter, what can I do now?

You would have to argue your case with BT, I'm afraid. I'm not sure why it would be a problem - bills are standard, and presumably would have satisfied BT in the past (otherwise there would be numerous posts reporting the same problem). Sky won't produce a custom bill, I'm afraid.
